French Country Rewards Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the French Country Collections Rewards Programme.
By signing up you agree to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please opt out of the programme.

1. Eligibility:

- Open to New Zealand residents
- You must have a valid email address.
- For individuals only.

2. Enrolment and Membership:

- Membership is free.

3. Earning Rewards:

- Full price items; 3%
- Not applicable to promotional or reduced items;

4. Redemption of Rewards:

- Customers can redeem their earned rewards in-store only.
- Minimum FC Dollars required to be able to redeem $20.
- FC Dollars cannot be redeemed with other offers or discounts
- FCC reserves the right to exclude some promotions/products from accumulating FC Dollars points. We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for points collection and redemption without notice.
- FC Dollars will not be earned when purchasing a FCC voucher.
- FC Dollars cannot be exchanged for money.

5. Program Changes and Termination:

- FCC the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time, with or without notice.

6. Privacy and Data Usage:

- By enrolling in our programme, you consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Signing up to the French Country Rewards programme, you are automatically opted in to receive marketing messages via email. Should you wish to unsubscribe please select the link at the bottom of an email sent from us or contact customer services on 0800 503 500.

7. Dispute Resolution:

8. Limitation of Liability:

- French Country are not liable for any damages or losses incurred by participants in the rewards program.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, French Country will not be liable for any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Living Rewards programme, including but not limited to, where arising out of:
(a) any technical difficulties, network failures, viruses or equipment malfunction (whether or not under our control);
(b) any loss, theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference with or of points, vouchers, membership information or the Living Rewards card;
(c) any points or vouchers that are not properly recorded against a member’s Living Rewards card; and
(d) participation in, or termination of, the FC Rewards programme.

9. General Terms:

- French Country will communicate with you via email, phone and website updates.
- FCC reserves the right to notify law enforcement agencies and to pursue any remedies that may be available in the case of improper use or fraudulent activity to the loyalty programme or any other systems.
- If you return a product for a refund, we will deduct the number of points collected from your FCC account for that product.
